an okay stay, nothing special
unprofessional staff poor customer service
The location was acceptable. It was easy enough to get a taxi.
The staff's customer service skills really need improvement. I waited for hours for a response about early check-in, while they just chatted amongst themselves at reception. it felt unprofessional.

excellent location near the world trade center
helpful staff clean room great value
the reception staff was helpful (especially arshad). vikram in housekeeping also provided great service. the hotel is very clean and has thoughtful room designs to meet guest needs.
The gym lacked readily available towels. One had to request them.

The room included a kettle and complimentary bottled water replenished daily. cleaning services maintained high standards. Mr bikram was especially professional in managing my room services. the executive connecting room also has modern design.
